This Privacy Policy governs your use of the software application Remembered developed by Michael Gruenthal. By using the application Remembered you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the application Remembered.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

Personal information is information that can be used to contact or identify you as an individual. When you send us an email, you are sending us your email address. We will use your email address to respond to your question or feedback. We will not send you promotional material or material that is not directly related to the Remembered application. We will never sell, rent or share your email address.

Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

Non-personal information is information that by itself does not permit identification of you as an individual. When you send us an email, your email client may transmit information including the IP address from which the email originated, your timezone, and details about your device and operating system. You should check with the vendor of your email client if you have questions or concerns. We may also collect or receive non-personal information when you use the Remembered application. We only obtain and use this information in aggregate form to improve the Remembered application, and not in a manner that identifies you personally. Information such as device type, operating system, and the user experience may be automatically collected when using Remembered solely for the purpose of optimizing and improving the usability of the Remembered application. When you use the support or feedback features available in Remembered, a draft email is generated. Certain non-personal information is placed in the body of the draft email which may include the version and build of Remembered that you are using, the type of device that you are using and the version of the Operating System installed on that device. This information is used to better address your question or feedback. If you don't want to send this information, delete it from the email before sending. This may limit our ability to address your issue. For the benefit of other users, if you send us a question about the Remembered application we may include your question verbatim or paraphrased, without your personal information, on this website and/or on the help screen available within the Remembered application.

Information We do not Collect

The application Remembered does not automatically collect any personal information. We do not collect or have access to content you create in Remembered. We do not collect or have access to the files generated by Remembered to store the content you create.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. If we change the way we use information, we will update this page. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when they use the application Remembered after such changes have been first posted.
